It is estimated that the Healthcare.gov website has cost around $630 million to build, it is still not in working order, and is a danger to private personal information. The flaws causing numerous HIPPA violations.

It is estimated that around $4.4 billion was given to the states to build their own sites.

It is estimated that a total of around $5 billion was spent on the ACA.

It is estimated that the total cost is $45 per taxpayer.

It is estimated that at least 5 million have lost their health insurance because of the ACA, and the price for insurance plans has risen due to the ACA.

This product does not work as promised and is a danger to the welfare of millions.

Please issue a formal recall or instructions on how the taxpayer can get their $45 refunded if they desire.
