Give teens the Right to Vote

Teens should be able to vote as long as they are informed. This would be ensured by having these teens take a test that they must pass on the voting topic. The topic that is voted on in many elections affects the future. THE TEENS FUTURE. The presidential affected teens greatly. Its the youth generation that is going to have to pay for if the president raises the debt more. Article 1, Section 2, of the consitution states that The U.S. Constitution did not establish any rule about who could vote; that would be determined in the states. Technically this means that it is a constitutional right!
