Give temporary work status to H1B applicant and companies who were not selected in the H1B lottery a total of 87,500.

Created by D.N. on April 22, 2014

I would like the president to consider giving a temporary work status to companies and applicant who were unlucky to be selected by the H1B visa lottery.

They may be out of employment soon because of the lack of the proper documentation which have nothing to do with their will .

H1B visa are allotted every year to 85,000 guest workers and this year the USCIS received 172,000 applications that leaves us with around 87,500 skilled Engineers who can contribute to the economy by paying taxes; out of work just because they were unlucky to be selected in the random selection done by the computer .

By giving us the temporary work permit or work status it will benefit the economy in a very positive way .
