With all the talk about votes. It seems strange because of old rules that the five territories don't have a voice in the General election. They get a voice in primary. But not the general. I thank they should have a voice come 2020. Let's give Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands, American Samoa a voice next General Election.
