We the people request that Mexico and all of its territories be given back to their rightful owners in Mexico. We had initially been invited by Mexico to stay and instead of becoming Mexican citizens and practicing their religion as was required by the living agreement, we demanded the land for ourselves.
Since Texas has been continually writing petitions to secede from the Union for several years, we the people propose that they not only get their request, but that they are also returned back to Mexico where the land originally belonged.
