Return ownership of Texas to Mexico and void the Texas petition to secede from the United States. In return Mexico would dismiss any future claims to California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming,Colorado, Oklahoma, Kansas and New Mexico. The residents of Texas would forfeit U.S. Citizenship and be allowed Mexico citizenship.
