The Texas Rangers have proven their effectiveness in history and even today. It would be a more wise decision to give them these weapons because, unlike the Muslim Brotherhood:
They are not terrorists.
They do not dispise America.
They would never use them on the citizens of
the Great State of Texas.
They would use them to promote peace and deliver justice.
Considering their reputation and tenure, you can be assured the gift would not fall into the wrong hands.
And the Border would be safer.
I'm sure citizens would appreciate the gift and Americans would feel more safe with them on U.S. soil.
