We the People of the United States of America promise to give Texas to Russia in lieu of Russia returning to Ukraine the land mass of Crimea, and for not taking any further territory from Ukraine by invasion or extortion of force for a period of twenty years. We the People of the United States of America agree to cede to Russia the present day State of Texas with all it's mineral and natural resources, and improvements both public and private. All persons remaining on the soil of Texas at the end of that time will be declared citizens of Russia and their United States citizenship shall be considered renounced permanently.
