Give those service members who were discharged from the military under other than Honorable conditions to reenlist.

I want my petition to allow those service members who made a mistake in their prior enlistment, and were forced out, the opportunity to redeem themselves and serve their country once more honorably. While still meeting certain guidelines, the former service member must show improvement in his or her civilian life, and show that they are responsible enough to serve the United States of America. This will give the former service member a second chance to be able to serve our beloved United States of America. This will open the door for those who passionately want to serve.
