Give those who were led to violent acts because of being bullied full pardons.

I've seen and heard of a lot of good people who have either lost their temper and/or got into violent acts of fighting or even shootings all because they were bullied or hurt emotionally and/or physically by another person. I believe that those who are being punished because of another person's mistakes of bullying another person should be pardoned no matter how serious the resulting crime, from simple assault to even murder. I believe those good people who were hurt by the bad shouldn't be punished by the good for only doing what they should have done in the beginning, stood up for their rights and against the bullies.
