This petition should encourage people who already have a job here in U.S and are in the green card process or applying for it to buy residential property no less than $500,000. They should be given higher priority than any other EB categories. This would give a small boost to the housing market. This would not guarantee people green cards but only speed up the process if they apply.
This would speed up the process of getting a green card for people who might be willing to start their own business and hence would create more jobs here.
This might also encourage migration of skilled people and wealth from other countries. Might also encourage the influx of students to American Univers
As these people already have a job so Americans need not worry about someone else taking their jobs.
