We, the people of the United States wish to have Kanye West as our president. Clearly, he needs more funds to run in 2020, and be represented fairly. Therefore, we petition the Obama administration, the Senate, and the House of Representatives to give Kanye West a "Small Loan of a Million Dollars" as Donald Trump would say.
