We as Professional Drivers ask that all drivers be included in the regular labor laws. No more discrimination against the Force that drives America. We are out over 300 days a year and get less protection against unfair labor practices than any other industry. Please remove the federal motor carriers from exemptions from FSLA standards. Require that DOL change how drivers are treated. No more free labor practices and accrued sick time is a start. Higher wages for those that exceed a thrdriveeshold of days out, and overtime pay for all drivers over 40 hrs.
