Give United States Teachers the same benefits that other Government/State employees receive.
Teachers educate the future Congressmen, Senators, Presidents, and CEO's. However, teachers are struggling and leaving the education system because of high insurance costs. If the United States wants to attract the best and brightest to educate our future, we must do something about health costs. Teachers are part of individual State's retirement systems. Give teachers a chance to remain in the field they love by making it affordable to remain on the job! State or government insurance is the answer.
