GIVE US CHOICE between two rates of SELF EMPLOYMENT TAX. We need job growth, here is a good idea used in many countries.

Created by V.T. on February 01, 2013

More and more americans do internet business from home, freelance at their computers. Self employed people pay same federal income tax as everyone. But a twice bigger FICA&FUTA taxes than anyone else in USA! 13 or 15(from 2013) vs 6. And they don't have many business expenses to deduct like people in restaurant business do, for example. And they still have to track any small expenses to show expenses to IRS not to get a risk of audit. Many countries have 2 rates of self empl. tax. And people can chose-to pay 6% of gross income or 13% of net income. So people with little expenses don't need to track them and don't need to pay biggest taxes of anyone in USA. We need to encourage self employmen in IT-the most growing industry, if we want to reduce unemployment.
