Americans should not be forced to participate in government-sponsored programs in which they do not need nor do they want. Particularly of interest are Social Security, Medicare, & Medicaid.
Responsible citizens save for their own retirement & live below their means in order to save money for the future. All we ask is for individual freedom to make our own way in life. It is unjust and morally reprehensible to threaten citizens with imprisonment if they refuse to pay for their fellow mans irresponsibility.
Make participation in government entitlement programs voluntary for all American citizens. If citizens truly believe in the merits of the Social Security & Medicare programs then they will voluntarily participate.
