Give us a larger budget for paper. We literally cannot afford paper at my school.

At my school, Tuscarora High, we are told by teachers that "we can't afford paper". And because of that, instead of writing on worksheets, we have to go online (which some people can't access) to get problems then use our own loose leaf paper. This might sound like we want to be lazy but to us teens the paper with the work printed on it is easier. We want paper. We want to be able to print our work, write on actual worksheets, and not need to pay a fee for doing it.
