This is America, the land based, created, and rooted in personal liberty, which is the right (God given right not government given may I mind you) to make our own decisions, as long as we do not infringe on the rights of others, as so many times OUR own federal government has done. There is absolutely no facts that support marijuana being dangerous to ones own health or anyone else's health. The prohibition of marijuana is taking money and resources away from much much bigger problems in this country, it is time to stop wasting taxpayer money, and throwing people in jail for smoking a joint.
