Give us more time with our families.

I would like to lessen the mandatory work hours to 38 hours a week. Anything over 38 hours would be subject to time and a half. At a normal 9-5 position, Fridays would be sent o me 2 hours early. Also, other jobs can move it around as they would like, but 38 hours is max without overtime. We need to start slowly putting more families home, in this day in age, everyone is always working or too tired to do anything. As a country we are becoming more efficient and are getting a lot more work done then in the past. We need to be using this time to spend with our families. I beg everyone to understand, yes 38 hours, is just 2 hours what is that going to do? I'm hoping it will just be the beginning, but overall, even an extra 2 hours would go a long way. We need to remember who our families are.
