YARR. you should definitely fund our expedition to Somali waters to so we can take back what they have stolen and protect our vessels. we can achieve this through reverse piration, basically we sail there in our 16-1700's pirate ship and regalia and when we see a somali vessel, my mighty pirate crew board their ship take there weapons and make them walk the plank. Then we take their weapons and give them to the ATF where they can sell them to the populace of the US, helping to lower the debit or gain revenue.
