Vet bill is catch 22
Distance to primary care is used, not distance to facility for care. In my case, Primary care- 28 miles all real care at hospital, which is 50 miles 1 way.Told this distance made no difference
contacted 1 of the specialties, that I wanted authorization to go to local care. Received call from them. They approved me going local, and were sending me a letter, in how to do this. The nurse gave me a phone number for the agency, so I could speed up the process. The number was for Veterans Choice which denied me.They use the nearest facility, it did not matter what you had to drive
Give Us a card equal to medicare, and america can for once say it keep it's word
