With Technology so advanced we as a nation could take back out government by releasing all House of Representatives. This will save the U.S. 75.7 million dollars a year in salaries alone. The House of Representatives would then become a technical site where the people of the US vote on the issues on a monthly basis. The site would be designed for security and making sure that each registered voter gets only one vote.
This will keep the House of Rep from being owned by large election donors, lobbyist, and special interest groups that buy votes.
This will also keep the Senate honest to their constituents. How could they ignore the votes in the house when they come directly from the people they are representing. It would become very apparent that they are not working for the people.
