Give War Refugee Status To Mexican Drug War Victims

Created by J.T. on February 04, 2013

We the people of the United States ask you to acknowledge the fact that the Drug War in Mexico has taken the lives of an estimated figure of close to 100,000 people. The deaths in the Mexican Drug War far exceed the number of lives in other war torn countries of which the United States has felt a need to take in their people as war refugees.

We the people ask that the suffering of the Mexican Drug War victims end with the United States giving those who are already here War Refugee Status. With the people of Mexico facing a crisis like this one, we the people ask that you put our Mexican neighbors as first and top priority when taking in Refugees for the next few years.
