Wayne Villines, currently residing in Coffeyville, KS, previously from California has attempted to have access to his US Representatives from time to time over the last 24 years. He always gets told to write letters to which he only gets form letter responses.
Since the Congress is refusing to hear what He has to say, it falls upon the President to do so. He would require about 4 hours of the President's time and at the President's expense since he is currently working a job that barely meets current but not future costs of living.
This country is built upon the idea that a person should not be subjected to taxation if he should be denied representation. The president should provide the face to face one on one representation for any american who cannot get such from congress.
