Give welfare benefits back to the people it was originally intended for. Single parents, army vets and the disabled.

Welfare benefits and section 8 were created to help people truly in need. Single parents, army vets, the disabled and the homeless.
The government needs to help these people first. Single parents and their children need to be able to keep their foodstamps and medical cards. Army vets and the disabled are being denied medical because they have no dependents. This needs to stop.
