Give Welfare support to workers who need it, not to those who are lazy.

This impacts all the hard-working taxpayers across the United States. It is becoming more and more common for the workers of this nation have their hard earned money stolen and used to support people who are lazy, greedy, and unwilling to work for anything when they can freely leech off of others. This needs to be put to an end. So much tax money could be saved for other causes if we gave support to those who actually need the money; struggling college students, people who are struggling to get on their feet, the disabled, etc, not those who simply have no desire to do hard work for a living.
