Give whatever reward would have been offered for the capture of the Boston bombers to Jeff Bauman for his efforts.

Seems only fair for Jeff Bauman to get a reward of appropriate magnitude, based on the seriousness of the crimes committed by the suspects, for his help in their capture. The FBI regularly offers large (>$1M) rewards for information leading to the capture of suspects in crimes that are arguably less worthy of such a reward. Such a reward seems especially appropriate given the extent of Jeff's injuries.
