To give an honorary award to the library for an excellent and thought out plan and design of an area in the library totally concentrated on helping kids or youth in Wilmington area to grow and learn. To award the staff for dedicating time and effort to show the Wilmington community that they care about the shape and mind of our future generations. If one were to visit the building and the area you would definitely see what I mean.
