An inclusive society is better than an exclusive one, there are immigrants living in the United States under the shadows but loving the USA secretly.
Allowing immigrants that have been in the US for more than 10 years, that speak English and that don't have a criminal background is a humane solution that also will benefit the larger American society by decreasing the cheaper labor and by making business owners pay American citizens what they deserve for their hard work.
