For any corporation found guilty of breaking any law, The Obama administration should seize corporate profits as Governement revenue (above and beyond the cost of prosecuting that corporation) for a time period commensurate with the guidelines that any single person breaking the same law would be jailed.
In other words, Since an individual that breaks the law and is found guilty of a crime that results in jail time, then during that time, that individual can not run a business or profit. The analogous measure should be enforced on a corporation by having 100% of profits redirected from the shareholders to the government.
