Given that gerrymandering is illegal and has led to such extremism in the House of Representatives which has in turn diminished the role of the "loyal opposition" resulting in gridlock, use the Dept of Justice to oversee the process of redistricting to ensure the process is fair and just and results in an even playing field for both political parties to compete for House seats and thereby represent all the people not the extreme few.
