Giving civillians the right to bear tasers,stun guns,regulated,but still able to carry them on the street.

I understand that carrying a stun gun is illegal for civillians,but the constitution says Americans have the right to bear arms.I strongly believe women should be allowed to carry their pepper spray and or stun guns/ tasers around with them on the streets.WOMEN ARE SEXUALLY HARRASSED and VIOLATED everyday and before the cops get to them,they would of been raped five times.Women don't carry stun guns because their afraid of getting a felony.Of course stun guns and tasers should be regulated but also able to be carried by civillians across the united states freely.There's only so much pepper spray can do here in California, please bearing an arm that doesn't have gun powder or bullets, should be at everyones "priviledge" like all arms.
