Giving Felony Offenders a chance to work. There are those who really have the heart to earn a living honestly.

Giving individuals who have commited a crime in the past need the chance to work. There is actually people who have commited a felony, that learned their lesson that crime does not pay. There should be some forgivness when it comes to felon's getting hired for a job. Most company's will not hire an individual because he or she has a felony. Now what does that person do? Keep looking right. How much money is the government going to spend on giving these individual's assistance, when they could get a job themselves. There should be forgivness by the government nationally for people who have not commited any crimes after a certain amount of years. Then they should have the chance to see a judge and get any felony off of there public record. People really can change their ways. Yes they can.
