Giving Our Country A Future

I propose making the teachers go through psychology, in order to lower the future crime rate and raise the intelligence. Since teachers will be able to pick up on behaviors that could lead to future psychological disorders down the road and give them proper treatment in the schools. If taught how to handle emotions they would also have a better ability to focus.
You future issues of child molesters and psychotic killers would drop dramatically in turn lowering the crime rate. However the teachers would need to be paid more than they do now.
By allowing a child to grow up with psychological tool you will have more adults in the future with mind well enough to let our country get back to a government that can pick itself back up again.
