Global Threat to Human Life from and because of Misuse of Technology Development by selective Tamil Nadu Politicians

I have been writing public grievance with Office of President of India from the year 2011 that i am listening to tones in Tamil without having any device in my ears. My grievance is about misuse of technology development which is in existence in and from Tamil Nadu for several years which are harm full to human life globally. Several incidents i have written to the Office of President of India including one which i heard that earlier chief minister of Andhra Pradesh will be killed in helicopter accident which i listened one day before the incident occurred and in spite of such series crimes happening and that the same was also reported to the office of President of India. All my petitions are closed without obtaining screen evidences. Safety of Human Life? Hope BJP Govt does not repeat it.
