Sign this petition to demand picture labels on GMO/Non-GMO foods. QR codes leave 100,000,000 citizens without the resources to have the information they deserve and only 5% of the remaining citizens utilize these codes. No one wants to go to the grocery store to waste time doing research when a simple picture could tell us all we want to know.
In addition, it standardizes all the labels, saves food companies time and money with not having to create codes for every product and upkeep websites that they link too.
QR codes for labeling is not efficient, effective, or practical.
