Go to Chicago in the next 2 weeks to speak and help pass the marriage equality legislation awaiting a vote in the House.

Created by M.F. on May 11, 2013

A plea for President Obama to go to Chicago.
Same-sex marriage equality legislation passed the Illinois Senate earlier this year. It is a few votes short of passing in the House. Because of the President's high profile he could out-weigh some of the African-American ministers who are having an impact on Democratic State House members. The President can help marriage equality momentum moving forward - please go to Chicago to speak on this issue within the next 2 weeks before time runs out for this legislative session.
