To go to congress and ask for emergency money to issue Rebate checks to americans that are struggling to make ends meet.

My name is James Johnson I am 39 years old, Married and am currenly attending College. My purpose for writing this petition is that we as americans especially the poor and the hardworking are continuing to struggle to make the basic daily needs to survive in this country. I don't have any sources or links to explain my petition. I am a everyday hardworking person that goes by the rules. My wife is the only one working and I am trying to get by with nothing. I don't have money for gas, or to provide for the basics. I been out of work for about two years. I only have a few more classes to take before I graduate. I think that behalf of all the struggling Americans we need some financial assistance to help in the form of a check. When President Bush was in office he sent us a $600 rebate check
