Go greater lenghts to ensure our privacy.

Ever since 9/11, our government has been very precautious towards our safety. For example, they have more security in airports, parades,etc. Although in the process of keeping our country safe, our privacy and our liberty has been sacraficed. In other words, the government has been listening to our phone conversations over the past few years. According to the fourth amendment it states, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized". In other words, the government has no rights to be invading our privacy.
