Remove Imperial weights and measures and go entrely metric. Transition to continental "metric" time, also known as military time. Create "metric" money measurement, such as 1dD = 1 decodollar, or 10 dollars. Eliminate all coinage, start everything at 1.00 not 0.01, and remove all currency denominations of 2's and 5's. Eliminate DST as our country is no longer agricultural in nature.
