He shall explain at length what the framers were concerned about and the steps they took to prevent there fears.
HE shall compare what is written and what has happened to those rules since it was written.
He shall explain that although the mood and the wants of the country might change from time to time that one generation can not take away a right given to all law abiding citizens
He shall try to explain how current restrictive carry laws are legal after he just explained the purpose of the 2nd amendment.
