The goal of this petition is to call on Congress to act on the issue of Homeless Programs by abolishing them.

I am petitioning Congress on behalf of myself and those individuals who know that when you have "fair competition of play" you can achieve anything because this is America and the opportunities are vast. President Barack Hussein Obama II is (Presidential Jackets 43&44) the example that you can make it. HHS.gov (http://www.hhs.gov/programs/social-services/homelessness/index.html#) has to begin to examine the role that they have enabled a system built with "criminals on both sides of the table". I am petitioning for the abolishment of federal assistance of any kind and remanded it back to where it should be-Families & Faith Communities. This issue is better served at the local community level without any Federal or State assistance (Refer to The Dirty South Hustle).
