Good Afternoon, My petition is to keep the tuition assistant in the army, because is a great benifit to all Soldiers

Good afternoon,
My name is SFC Ortiz and want to put a petition to the President and Congress to remain in place the tution assistant to all Soldiers, so the the Military forces can extend they professionalism and level education to the most high standards. We are leaving in times which education is everything, so please keep the tuition assistant in place.. thanks!
