It is immoral because our children's future earnings are being used to make more for this generation now.
It is unethical because our children are being forced to pay for a debt they never agreed to assume. Since our children will be obligated to service this debt with their taxes without their consent, it is a form of taxation without representation. Our children have the right not be obligated by our debts.
It is unenlightened because unending deficit spending is symptomatic of financial mismanagement and incompetence.
