Mr. president my petition consist that the administration revises the following practices that seem unfair to government employees. While I want to commend your hard work to keep us safe and get the economy striving again. There is one thing that bothers me as a government worker. For the last 15 years government workers have had their stagnant. This mean they are not in parity with inflation.
In the beginning of your administration an effort was launch to limit the escalating salaries of contractors while making an effort to add more federal workforce to do the same jobs. You were on the right path. My story is of one of many employees within the federal workforce who's salary a grade has remained stagnant with no possibility of promotion.
