Government fund on a Escape Spacecraft built by N.A.S.A in that if an event occurs, Human preservation is neccesary

The human race is very fragile and in case something may occur and it will we just don't know when, but if we do have a time of 24 hours before the Earth enters a catastrophic destruction we can already be set with an escape plan that is out known to the public and NOT SECRET. This will then be something we can lean on instead of having no way to preserve the precious species we've evolved to be.
