I believe that as a country we need to give more incentive for all people because everyone is a potential entrepreneur. By offering, as a reward, to all people of the world who become American citizens will have a guaranteed apartment with free living. These guaranteed homes can be low quality but as long as they are safe living and maintained they will be respected by those who truly NEED them. By funding small-business owners in American to build these "living areas" you then provide many more jobs for the small businesses in the business world. I truly believe this program would help many parts of the country and may also help in population migration away from the coastal areas and more towards the central states. Many benefit possibilities from this idea. Everybody has value!
