The government needs to enforce more laws to stop American teenagers from smoking it is sad how bad it is becoming

We the people need to encorage our government to enforce more laws to prevent our teenagers from smoking. I am a high schooler who is sad to say that 60% of my dear friends are hooked on to illegal substances and e cigarettes. This is getting too out of hand and our government should do more to prevent this with more strict laws, and more punishments if it does happen.
