The government needs to shorten the amount of time for a political candidate to campaign for any position to 6 months.

The amount of time allotted for a political candidates to campaign should be shortened to 6 months because that gives them enough time to spread their message while still giving them time to do the job they had while campaigning. Plus it would mean less annoying campaign commercials and calls. Less time also, to get bribes from businesses or individuals so that they could possible be less corrupt when they get their position
