Government officials should not be able to exempt themselves from ObamaCare.

Created by H.S. on November 15, 2012

On page 157 of Obamacare, a provision mandates that members of Congress and their staff purchase insurance within the health insurance exchanges. Unfortunately, the definition of “congressional staff” exempts shared employees, leadership staff, and committee staff. The President, Vice President and Executive Branch political appointees are also curiously exempt from participation in the exchanges.

If America's health care is to be totally reformed, everyone in America should be forced to participate in it-no one should be exempt.
